Synopsis

Against the lush cosmopolitan setting of British cabinet ministers rubbing shoulders with oil potentates from the East, and beautiful young call girls using every artifice at their finger tips to capture the richest prizes during a London-based oil conference. Detective Inspector Regan and Detective Sergeant Carter accidentally get involved in a gigantic top-level conspiracy against the British government. Masterminded by a multi-racial syndication of illimitable cunning and resources, the conspiracy is ingenious in its very simplicity.
