Synopsis
David Robinson intends to sell the ancient family home of Chartham Place but is persuaded to think again by Tandy the gardener. David hits on the idea of turning it into a holiday home for children of the rich. With renovations well under way, Alderman Spicer pays the Robinsons a visit. Her intention is to use the house for underprivileged children, so she sets out to make things as awkward as possible.
