Synopsis
Frankie Howerd plays Lurcio, lurking at the rent-a-girl stall in Pompeii market place. He quarrels with the cheeky Captain Bilius, who leaves him holding a mysterious scroll. The parchment contains the names of a group of conspirators engaged in a plot against Emperor Nero. Lurcio is the man chosen by Nero to assassinate the leader of the conspirators!
