School for Scoundrels

A FILM BY Robert Hamer

Synopsis

Adapted from the Stephen Potter novels on 'Lifemanship', this lighthearted comedy shows us how Henry Palfrey changes from a young man with a giant inferiority complex into a confident, assured man-of-the-world after a course at the College of Lifemanship on 'how to win without actually cheating'. Sweet is the moment when he takes his revenge on all who cheated and duped him and steals the beautiful April from the arms of his cocksure rival.
