Synopsis
Harold Steptoe, innocently going about his business, is lured by a buxom blonde widow into her home, ostensibly to collect her late husband's clothes. Suddenly faced with an impassioned assault, Harold flees. Quite overcome by it all, he drives his horse and cart blindly into a removal van and ends up in York, 200 miles from home. Alas, the three day journey back is too much for the horse. The Steptoes now set about finding a replacement ... and find themselves involved with a greyhound that won't run and a gentleman known as the Godfather of Shepherds Bush.
