Synopsis
While responding to a disturbance call, a police officer is murdered by a suspect high on a strange glowing drug. In defense, the officer’s long-time partner, Julie, has no choice but to shoot back. When the suspect—a prominent politician’s son—recovers, Julie and new partner Simon are wrongly accused of using excessive force.
