... a remarkably vivid portrait...
Fiercely spartan, deeply involving and strangely beautiful...
A very beautiful film on the Kurdish issue yet surpassing its political function...

Mehmet is young man from Western Turkey who has come to Istanbul dreaming of a better life. There he meets Berzan, a Kurdish man from the East. The two become friends, bonded together in their fears for their future and their struggle to survive the present.
